yoyoyo im back finally after a long long long time from blogging. been busy this week, after graduating from the Supply Assistant (Comms) course in the army. everyone just shoves their workload now that im supposedly "qualified" to handle logistic side work. i mean, give me a break ya ? the course was more like a gettoknowmorefriends course to me, as the instructors were either insane, half-mad, or illiterate. lol.
read the newspaper awhile ago, i think its wed or thurs. one guy got nabbed for using other ppl's internet, supposedly the first case ever. faces up to 3 years in jail and 6k fine i think, nt sure, but ANYWAY, u noe how he was caught ? by some civilian. some passerby that is damn bloody kaypoh. decided to fone the cops. like WTF LA. hate this kinda ppl.
and saw some job advertisment thingy that the NEA (national environment agency) put up.. some environment officer. didnt noe such a job exists. hahaha u actually are tasked to catch illegal hawkers, meaning all those uncle at the interchange selling chest nut without license, or those "1doorla1doorla currypok". lol, give this ppl a break too la, some of them struggling to make a living lo.
anw the army phone numbers are surprisingly similar to one another, each office for example, is seperated by very few numbers, or so i found out quite humourously. i was listening to my mp3 player whilst faxing some documents supposedly stating some servicing equipments, and kept dialling the number stated on a sheet of paper. for some reason couldnt get thru (when u fax the ring tone is different, i kept getting a normal ringing tone).. and in front of me my 2lt kept answering the fone, and was damn pissed. cos it kept ringing and hanging up. LOL i found out i accidently mixed up 5 for 3 den kept calling the office instead HAHAHAHA damn funny. den no one knew it was me cos i hid in the cubicle.lol. he was damn pissed i tell u, kept mumbling some thing to himself.
anw im back from duty today, thank goodness i dont need to do any today. seriously the offfice aircon is so cold, and theres no blanket or what. was freezing to death last night. i love sat mornings, so full of hope and happiness lol. anw, my course mates ( now long gone) and me where discussing bout how stupid NS is. other countries is ike only 9mths, or like m'sia, 3 mths. lol den singapore is like 2 yrs. so cock right ? singapore's army supposed to be a deterrance force, or a force for defensive reasons.. so why do we need so many people in it? its not as if we're gonna take over m'sia or something ( altho i wouldnt mind lol ) . so i think its better to have a regular army. because less money would be spent on training negative minded NSFs like me, and the perks could increase for regulars, thus attracting more willing and able bodied ppl into the army. plus, it spares alot of admin and logistic headaches, because of all the handing over and taking over bullcrap when each batch of soliders ORD and pass the torch to another victim. good idea right ? den ppl like me no need to serve, can go study and fly kite everyday. WEEEEEEEEEEEEE. and finally the sun is up. cb rain.
